The apartment (130 sqm – 1,399 sqft, ground floor) is made up of living room, kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside there are a patio and a pizza oven. The farmhouse with the apartment, built in the early 2000s, has been recently restored and is in excellent condition.
The apartment is surrounded by 700 sqm of land, fully fenced and covered in garden. Here we can find several fruit trees (among which cherry-trees, figs and apple trees…).
